All product information and technical specifications contained on Wae Nordic Design are for guidance only.
We make every effort to ensure that images and specifications displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the product, it would be prefered to look at more than one screen for more accurate perception of the colors.
Nature of handmade products
All our products are handmade by ourselves or local artistans, this makes the products unique and special. However it also means that some minor differences or ”flaws” may occur, perfect imperfections as we call them – the charm of handmade items.
We have each item in stock, which means we aim to send your package as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours. If of some reason one item have went out of stock we will immediately contact you to solve it.
Payments can be made through PayPal, card payment or Swish (for Swedish customers).
Delivery & shipping
All orders are shipped directly from Sweden to the costumer.
From shipping to delivery it may take different amount of time depending where you live. With PostNord traceable shipping it’s expected to take between 7- 15 days to most countries but even up to 4 weeks to some due to delays.
Please note that you as a costumer is responsible to provide accurate and complete adress and name, including all necessary information for the shipment to be successfully delivered. If this requirement is not met and the shipment cannot be delivered the costumer is responsible for the shipping fees to re-ship the goods.
Import duties and taxes may be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. Customs might also slow down the delivery to you since they can hold it. If you have any questions related to customs charges or time you are advised to contact your local customs office.
The customer may cancel a order as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
Wae Nordic Design accept returns under these conditions:
– All requests for returning a products must be made within 7 days after delivery.
– Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Please have in mind this includes the shipping fees we payed to send you the product, even if it was free shipping to begin with. We will in this case show you the receipt of the shipping costs.
– Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process your request.
– To return an item please contact us by filling out our contact form and we will answer you with how to return and send you the return address.
– Wae Nordic Design have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy.
– Have in mind custom items cannot be returned.
Wae Nordic Design guarantee to deliver your products without damages. If you would recieve a damaged item we will make sure you recieve new products. Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery in order for us to handle your reclamation. Please email us with pictures in order for us to start the reclamation process.
